How long will the delivery take?
You can receive your order in just 4 hours, simply choose from a selection of 2-hour time slots from 10am to 10pm. For urgent last minute orders, do contact us via call or whatsapp. In the event of overwhelming orders, especially during festive seasons, there may be a slight delay in delivery. We appreciate your kind understanding.
Do I need to place orders in advance?
You will only have to do so for cakes that require customisation or some seasonal products. Otherwise, most of our cakes can be ordered instantly. Do note that dates that are blocked out on the calendar are considered unavailable.
For seasonal products, the earliest arrival will be 3 days after purchasing on our website. Dates that are blocked out on the calendar means that delivery is unavailable.
Can I do place an order offline?
Sure! Especially for last minute orders, you may contact us via call or Whatsapp to place your order. Alternatively, you may email us at email@example.com
Where can I do sampling / tasting?
You can do sampling at our shop at 352 Clementi Ave 2 #01-109 S120352. It is only available for our seasonal products during the seasonal period.
Can I purchase the products at the shop?
Yes you can. However our cake flavors change every day and we do not cater to all sizes. It is best to order online before coming down.
Seasonal products are only available off the shelf during seasonal period. During non-peak period, do place your order online as we DO NOT keep stock to ensure that our customers receive the freshest quality.
Is our product allergy friendly?
Our bakers bake in a kitchen that handles wheat, nuts, egg, dairy and soy. Thus cross-contact may happen during production. However, we do have eggless cake and we will take extra care during preparation if the allergy is made known to us during ordering.
We will try to provide allergy-friendly request accordingly. However, the allergy has to be made known to us beforehand and we have the rights to reject the order if we are unable to accede to your request.
Do note that we WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE to any allergic reaction that may happen due to cross-contact in the products.
Do you have local delivery service?
We do provide local island-wide delivery service at a cost of $10 per trip. Orders above $80 will enjoy free local delivery service.

You can choose to self-collect your orders from our shop at 352 Clementi Ave 2 #01-109 S120352.
What are the payment methods?
The payment methods are PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
What if there is / are any incorrect item(s) in my order?
Please email your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the item(s) you have received and we will arrange for an exchange immediately. In the event that the item(s) are no longer available, you will be refunded. Please note that unopened items will only be accepted.
Can I amend my orders after I’ve placed it?
Please email us at email@example.com with your order number for us to check if your items have been dispatched and we will advise accordingly.
Do you offer wholesale discount for bulk orders?

Do you accept exchanges or refunds?
We do not accept exchange of items due to hygiene and safety purposes, hence all items sold are non-refundable/ non-exchangeable.
